Delivery to the UK via Royal Mail

We charge a flat £1.99 delivery charge if delivered to the United Kingdom, which includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We also ship to the Channel Islands as part of the Royal Mail service which includes Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Herm plus the Isle of Man.

All orders are usually sent Royal Mail Second Class and some Royal Mail First Class depending on the working day, we aim to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it.

Delivery to Europe and Worldwide via Royal Mail International Standard

We charge a flat £6.99 delivery charge for shipments to Europe and Worldwide. We ship to over 190 countries and pay all duties, customs handling fees and VAT where applicable.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard, we aim to ship your orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery is expected within 6-7 working days from your order date. We ship to all European countries excluding Greece, due to issues with Hellenic Post - the Greek national postal service.

Duties, Tariffs and Customs Fees (EU Countries and the USA)

SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE - The EU introduced new handling and per item fees to UK companies who ship to the EU, which started starting in July 2026. We have absorbed these into our international shipping fee, so all duty, VAT, handling fees are paid by us via Royal Mail Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP). On rare occasions as EU countries start to introduce these new charges and give non-EU packages more scrutiny, your countries mail service may incorrectly add an extra fee or charge on receipt of your package. If you reject the package, it will be returned to us in the UK, where will issue a refund minus our international postage fee.

SHIPMENTS TO THE USA - We pay any tariffs or fees via Royal Mail at our end, so you can expect to pay no extra fees on receipt of your order. But of course, we have no influence on USPS and cannot refund any charges on the very rare occasion they should they occur on receipt of your package.

Returns

Before shipping all CDs, DVDs and USBs, we ensure they are checked and verified. Should your media be faulty on receipt, we will replace it and may request the faulty media back before a replacement is issued.

Please note all hardware compatibility with Linux distributions is up to you to research. We are not responsible if the Linux distribution you choose is not compatible with your hardware.

If we request items to be returned to us for inspection, we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) after receiving an email entitled "RAN Returns Request" from you via the Contact Us page. Any returns sent to us without a RAN number will be refused.
